Growing up in the mountains of Northeast Georgia, John has always admired the work of the local potters. John has always believed that he could create the same beautiful, unique pieces of art, and now he has put that belief into motion. As an up-and-coming potter, he has the incredible ability to visualize an object, and then form it into a beautiful piece of art. His work spans many different techniques and styles, ranging from vases, jugs, cups, and bowls thrown on the wheel to exquisite, hand-built sculptural roosters and fish. John's ability to capture the traditional folk art style is enhanced by his blending of eye-catching glazes, making each of his pieces truly one-of-a-kind.
